Project Role
Frank A. Sears, owner/principal, helms a professional team in the field providing broad oversight management of all projects and administrates cost control and schedules. On the jobsite daily, he works directly with field employees and subcontractors to ensure projects are built with respect to client requirements, quality, on schedule and on budget.
Professional Profile
Frank began his construction career in 1976 and developed extensive hands-on knowledge of all aspects of construction and project management. He gained experience as a Journeyman Carpenter, spending over 20 years in the construction trades, where he distilled his skillset to support the increased fine home builder/remodeling demand. He has since worked at building and remodeling some of the most prestigious properties in Orange County, CA. When not on a jobsite, Frank continues to innovate and educate in his field with workshops and classes in Drafting, Architecture and Design and Building Codes and Laws.
