Project Control
Field Supervision

Paramount Building Company is on the jobsite daily to oversee all aspects of a project. Frank A. Sears, owner/principal, works closely with the field personnel to ensure projects receive the benefit of his knowledge and experience. He monitors quality, schedule and cost controls and handles all contractual, financial and insurance issues and easily interfaces with architects, subcontractors and city and county representatives. Frank is fully knowledgeable and conversant in building and construction codes, crew coordination, permit procedures, inspections, and trouble-shooting techniques, ensuring full legal compliance at all times.

Cost Control - Schedule Control
Project Cost Analysis
A Construction Cost Breakdown Sheet is prepared for every project. It incorporates all aspects of the construction process and provides a project line item budget. The Breakdown Sheet defines the scope of each particular element of the project and formats project plans to be released to the subcontractors for their bid proposals. Monthly Disbursement Packages, detailing current construction costs and balances, are provided to owner. Request for Payment expenditures are dispensed by owner through Paramount Building Company to subcontractors and supplementary obligators.

Mid-Construction Changes
A project construction schedule is translated into a timeline based on the individual building components. Each component is uniquely rendered into the timeline including submittals and approvals, fabrication, delivery and installation, design and documentation. The schedule will reflect not just onsite work but all phases and elements of construction. A key factor to controlling costs on a complex construction project is a tightly monitored construction schedule. Adding, removing, relocating or other minor adjustments (of a door, window or wall) during the framing process should have little, if any, impact on the timeline and budget. However, some changes may incur slight construction delays and or costs. Any change to the budget will be presented to the owner for review and approval.

Our quality commitment requires the final result will reflect the desire of the owner.
Every project, every time.

We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction.
